Part of the Britten Pears Arts Residencies, these sessions invite you to experience exciting work-in-progress from this year’s artists.
Snape Maltings Farmers’ Market showcases Suffolk’s finest produce—cheese, chocolates, gin, juices, fruit, and artisan bakes. Explore nature walks, relax at MALT or River View Café, and browse open shops. Markets run monthly, 10am–2pm, with special Christmas editions in December.
A friendship through printmaking. Jila and Jude have both been making monoprints for 40 years, as well as paintings and drawings. Their work is colourful, figurative, and imaginative, and they look forward to showing together at the Aldeburgh Gallery.
Lunchtime Classical Concert Series at Aldeburgh Parish Church
The highly successful Lunchtime Classics Concert Series in aid of Save the Children continue into Autumn 2025, with the return of Helen Stanley (Violin) and Nadia Lasserson (Piano). A Celebration Concert to include works by Bach, Mozart and Beethoven. Looking forward to welcoming you all.

Join award-winning singer, choir leader, and educator Tom Appleton this half term at Aldeburgh Jubilee Hall for a vocal workshop suitable for singers of all ages and abilities.
Anna Dixon-Smith’s paintings celebrate everyday life and the changing seasons. Richly coloured oil paintings of flowers and fruit from her garden or foraged from the hedgerow, juxtaposed with much loved household objects, sometimes with glimpses through windows to a distant landscape or with abstracted figures and birds.
A family event for Halloween. From witches’ frogs to coiled snakes, scary spiders and ‘mini-beast’ reptiles, you are invited to a Halloween gathering of fantastic beasts and exotic visitors from around the world. Come and meet an extraordinary collection of mammals, invertebrates, reptiles and amphibians in a day-long ‘open-house’ with the opportunity to get close up to the animals and learn more about them from Our Animal World’s experts.

A service of Remembrance will be held on Sunday 9th November 2025 - at 10am at the Parish Church, followed by a parade down to the War Memorial for a further service at 10.50am and 2-minute silence at 11am.
David Hockney at 87 is a national treasure, but can he be considered as part of the great British landscape tradition alongside Turner and Constable? Hockney is a prolific portrait artist. Is he in the same street as Reynolds & Hogarth? Bill Crow will be exploring nearly 150 works by these artists suggesting some thought provoking conclusions.
Five talented artists from the Halesworth area come together to showcase a vibrant mix of styles and mediums, including oils, watercolours, prints, pottery and embroidery. Dee, Hettie, Kate, Nancy and Sara draw inspiration from the natural world, celebrating colour and texture in their works.
Craig Brown will talk about the hazards of biography. He was awarded the 2020 Baillie Gifford Prize for Non-Fiction for “One Two Three Four: The Beatles in Time” and the James Tait Black Prize for “Ma’am Darling: 99 Glimpses of Princess Margaret”. His most recent biography, “A Voyage Around the Queen”, acclaimed by the Sunday Telegraph as “a very unusual masterpiece” was a top ten bestseller. He is currently working on a book about Sigmund Freud.

Based in North London, Charlie Constantinou is a realist/surrealist painter that portrays scenes in their ideal and with meticulous detail. His background in film, photography and music provides a solid foundation to his work.
Matt Price is a storytelling stand-up comic from Cornwall who’s been punched by a gangster, hugged by a psychic, and lived to make jokes about it. He headlines a show featuring local talent taking first steps on the stand-up comedy ladder. The support acts are mini-sets from the participants on compere Louie Green’s Stand-Up course.
